 THE MODERN DESCRIPTION
The Modern is a perfect compliment to historic Gastown, given the area’s resurgence as an artistic and creative hub. Housed in a heritage building and equipped with state of the art sound and light systems, this ultra-contemporary dance club is finished with dark smoked glass, coloured tile, countless mirrors and sleek neon lines.

Making music its priority, The Modern chose only the crème de la crème of Vancouver’s various DJ scenes to partner up with an exciting array of Canadian and international DJ talent. True music lovers are promised a superior club experience. Being a DHM venue, the accent on detail is heavy; award-winning cocktailer Jay Jones has created a custom menu for the club, which also offers VIP guest and bottle service by experienced staff.
