Showcase Original Libations with Peru’s Pisco
PromPeru and the Trade Commission of Peru in Miami cordially invite you to celebrate Peruvian Pisco Month, which takes place during the month of July, and is being saluted with a three-city tour of New York and Dallas that culiminates in New Orleans at Tales of the Cocktail.
The Dallas event, “Aperitifs to Nightcaps,” will showcase the stylistic diversity and versatility of Peru’s national spirit, Pisco, in cocktails by Midnight Rambler bartenders Chad Solomon and Christy Pope (Cuffs & Buttons), formerly of New York’s Pegu Club and Milk & Honey.
The event will take place at Midnight Rambler, a chic underground craft cocktail salon at The Joule Hotel that has taken the Dallas drinks scene by storm. During the month of July, more than one dozen top craft bars and restaurants will serve Peruvian Pisco cocktails on their menus
for consumers to enjoy.
