Tia Brazda & the Madmen Details

Tia Brazda & the Madmen

It’s a winter evening and a red-headed young woman stands before her audience in Toronto, Canada. Tonight she has paired an aquamarine vintage cocktail dress with a pair of high-top cons and an over-sized black flower in her fiery locks. She gives a wink to her drummer and then her fingers begin to snap a one, a two, a one-two-three-four the band kicks in, the horns blow, and Tia Brazda belts it out.

Much like her attire, Tia Brazda pairs the old with the new- combining elements of vintage jazz and blues with modern pop influences. Constantly playing around Toronto, Tia Brazda and her Madmen are a cutting-edge new act that you just can’t miss. Listen for the first single, “Cabin Fever”, to be released Fall 2011.
