Shiawase (Happiness): Azuki literary means red beans in Japanese. Because of its red color, it is believe to bring happiness and luck. Our goal is to bring smile and happiness to each guest once they step into azuki sushi.
Shinsen (Quality): We believe only in the highest quality ingredients. We carefully choose the freshest and the best ingredients in the market.
Sozai (Ingredients): Our owner/chef handpick our ingredients and opt to buy from organic local farmers whenever possible.
Shun (Seasonal): Japanese food culture is often described as the seasonal culture for so much resolves around the changing seasons. That is why we put a focus on daily specials where our chefs can introduce dishes that are “shun” or “now-in-season” with a contemporary twist.
