The BBQ is helmed by Pitmaster Gary Wiviott, known for his BBQ cookbooks such as Low & Slow: Master the Art of Barbecue in 5 Easy Lessons and Co-founder of the Windy City BBQ Classic. Gary refers to their menu as true Low Slow hickory smoked barbecue, bringing the traditional goodness of Memphis, Kansas City and Texas-style barbecue to Chicago. We stay focused on brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork and best in class hickory smoked chicken. Barn & Company also offers a rotating selection of seasonal salads, innovative sandwiches, steak burgers and indulgent desserts.”
