Boulevard3 combines the intimacy of a private house with a party atmosphere, the class of a luxury estate and a playful spirit into a “counterclub.”
The nightclub was opened in September 2006 after the owner was struck by an initial reaction to the impressive space. Famulari said he pictured clubs to be large, open and dramatic, and envisioned opening a Los Angeles dance club that mimicked the New York City party scene in its prime.
Famulari was quoted saying, “People go to clubs and stare at each other.” Head to Boulevard 3 to dance to DJ beats, enjoy drinks at the bar or celebrate an event. But above all, this is the place to see and be seen.
