Former Four Seasons Vancouver Hotel Executive Chef Wayne Martin has come to the ‘hip and trendy’ part of Main Street and has opened CRAVE. The atmosphere has become a popular neighbourhood destination for brunch, lunch and dinner.
Guests are invited to sit in the intimate 34 seat restaurant with a retractable garage door window, or (weather permitting), in the private 40 seat back garden terrace amongst the restaurant’s herb garden and tranquil fountain.
Serving what Martin calls “renewed classics,” the menu is comfort food at its best showcasing fresh, seasonal, regional and organic farmer’s market ingredients.
