DAR Constitution Hall Each year, over 600,000 people pass through the doors of DAR Constitution Hall, Washington, D.C.'s largest concert hall. The Hall, owned by the DAR and originally built in 1929 to house its annual convention, is a Registered National Historic Landmark. DAR Constitution Hall serves only as a performance venue and is not involved in the sale of tickets. For ticket information, please contact Ticketmaster or the event's promoter. For information about graduation ceremonies presented at Constitution Hall, please visit your school's website. Constitution Hall does not post schedules for these or other private events. Once a year in December, DAR opens the doors of Memorial Continental Hall to celebrate the holidays with the public and members. While the DAR Headquarters Building is always open to the public Monday - Saturday, the Open House invites guests to take special evening tours of the Period Rooms, enjoy refreshments and carolers, visit with Santa, and explore the historic building beautifully decorated for the holidays.
