THE LIGHT GROUP’s first restaurant venture, FIX, opened at Bellagio in June 2004. At FIX, guests experience both “the scene and cuisine,” savoring an approachable, high-quality menu in a cutting edge environment that feels at once intimate and expansive.
One of the hippest restaurants in town is FIX at Bellagio. Created by Andrew Sasson, whose past projects include the hot Las Vegas nightclubs Light, Caramel and Mist, FIX specializes in top-quality fish, steak and poultry prepared on a wood-burning grill. Fresh breads are baked on the premises, and there is a long list of specialty cocktails. The fun dessert menu includes bubble gum vanilla floats.
But it is the atmosphere that distinguishes FIX. A bar and lounge area is separate from the dining room. The décor, seating, music and staff all combine to create a setting more conducive to a good time than a stuffy gourmet restaurant.
