Offering much more than your usual night out, Gallery hosts an innovative and artistic programming schedule to include cutting edge performances in all areas. The space itself is a memorable sensory experience with original art installations, vivacious murals, and custom projections that change throughout the day.
Tang at Gallery features an authentic Japanese fare with hints of South American and Mediterranean influences. Trained in Japan, Chef Hisashi Iwata (aka Sho) came to New York to open Match Restaurant with restaurateur and chef extraordinaire Eiji Takase and has since then held the position of Sushi Chef at Blue Ribbon Sushi, Sushi Samba, and helped to open Matsuri at the Maritime Hotel.
The Main Lounge is designed in the Pop Art fashion with bright sectional colors accented with plush oversized couches and pulled together by a retro styled DJ booth. This room accommodates a maximum of 90 guests for a sit-down event and up to 300 for cocktails and catered hors d'ouevres. The design works equally as well for smaller gatherings and reservations.
The Screening Room, entering at the back of the Main lounge, boasts a 6' x 6' digital screen, and is framed by walls of dark wood paneling with a decorative fireplace. Equipped with a full service bar, the Screening Room accommodates up to 35 guests for a sit-down event and 90 persons for cocktails and catered hors d'ouevres.
Room 27, elevated above the Main lounge, is exclusively reserved for elite clientele. Accommodating a maximum of 15 guests for a sit-down event and up to 25 for cocktails and catered hors d'ouevres, Room 27 highlights a glass wall over looking the entire lower level.
