Harmony Music House Denver

Harmony Music House Was Created With The Intention Of Putting The Creative Gift Of Making Music Into The Hands Of Our Students. Aside From Practicing We Want To Get Our Students Interacting With Other Musicians, And Playing Out In The Community. It Is Our Goal To Provide A Comfortable Learning Environment For Both Our Students And Our Teachers. In Fact, We Welcome Anyone To Come By And See Us In Action. Feel Free To Check Out One Of Our Ensemble Classes, Or Just Stop By And Say “Hi.” Our Door Is Open.

Harmony Music House Is A Locally Owned Boulder Business. We Strive To Sustain Our Community And Environment By Hiring Local Boulder Area Musicians/Teachers, And By Not Outsourcing Our Business Needs And Products To The Best Of Our Ability.

Harmony Music House Is Owned And Operated By Our Banjo Instructor Robby Loeb. Robby Has Been A Member Of The Community Since 2003, And Has Called It Home Ever Since. It Was Robby’s Vision To Create A Locale For Boulder County’s Music Students, And To Create A Central Hub For The Community’s Musicians. “I Was Looking For A Place That Not Only Had Great Teachers, But Also Felt Welcoming When I Walked In The Door.”

A Note From The Owner
As A Young Music Student, Taking Private Lessons, I Found That It Was Hard To Go Beyond What I Call “A Bedroom Practicing Student.” Private Instruction On Its Own Is One Thing, But To Go Further And Actually Learn How To Play With Others In A Group Setting Is What Really Brings A Music Student To The “Next Level.” As A Music Student, It Wasn’t Until Many Years Later When I Attended South Plains College In Texas, That I Learned What Role Each Instrument Plays In A Group Setting. From That Experience, I Was Able To Adapt And Thrive In A Band Setting. Most Music Students Go From Lessons To A Garage Band Setting, Where There Is No Guidance As To What One’s Role In The Group Really Is. My Goal For Harmony Music House Is To Get Students Playing Music With Others From The Beginning. Understanding How To Communicate Musically With Others Is One Of The Most Important Elements That Every Music Student Should Know How To Do, Even If You Are Just Looking To Become A Casual Player.

Regardless Of You Being A Beginner, Intermediate, Returning Student, Or A An Advanced Student Who Is Looking To Take It Even Further, Harmony Music House Is Here To Foster The Needs Of All Of Our Students. I Hope I Have The Opportunity To Make That A Reality For You.
-Robby Loeb.
