House of Blues Houston

Wishing to share his love of “the Blues,” Issac Tigrett founded House of Blues to bring music from the rural south, including; Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Gospel, Jazz, and Roots-based Rock and Roll to the world. Taking its inspiration from southern juke joints, House of Blues has a warm atmosphere filled with hand-painted signs and murals, collections of art, and more. Original folk art, curtains that pay respect to enslaved Africans that used the Underground Railroad as a passage to freedom, and a metal box under the stage filled with Delta Mississippi mud, all enforce the Southern culture that House of Blues represents.

Connected to House of Blues is the tasty restaurant Crossroads. Featuring a cuisine that is a delicious mix of American and International dishes, the bold menu has something for everyone.

Enjoy the VIP side of things at House of Blues in the Foundation Room. Tailored service, glamorous surroundings, and typical VIP debauchery are nothing to scoff at. Join the elite in the Foundation Room and discover the high life—you’ll be roped in for good.
