The cool thing about this pub is that its bar’s woodwork and carved pieces were made in Ireland & reassembled in Norfolk.
With its stained glass windows, working fireplace and beautifully carved wooden bar, Jack Quinn’s evokes the homeland with homey, elegant charm.
Twelve brands of whiskey–both Scotch and Irish–are ably supported by a generous selection of Irish ales. The menu is fairly Gaelic too with specialties like Shepherd’s pie, corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew and boxty, a thick potato pancake. Weekly concerts in Celtic music complete the cultural atmosphere.
Be sure to check “Events” for there’s a lot of clapping going on here on the regular.
