The legendary Malibu Inn, an iconic beachside restaurant, bar and live entertainment venue, restores its position as Malibu's most beloved watering hole offering great food, fun cocktails and live entertainment in a backdrop honoring its rich history. Established in 1920, the Malibu Inn was known as Malibu's chosen watering hole and host to Hollywood royalty including, Harold Lloyd and Gloria Swanson. In 1951, the Malibu Inn was moved eastward to its present location across from the Malibu pier on Pacific Coast Highway. Legendary singer-songwriter Neil Young owned the restaurant at one time and his musical influence transformed the Malibu Inn, combining its notoriety as a place for great food, with a live entertainment venue that featured some of music's most recognized performers including Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and Kid Rock. The Malibu Inn is located in Malibu, California along one of America's most well known highways at 22969 Pacific Coast Hwy. The Malibu Inn is set across from the famous Malibu Pier, a Southern California icon in an area once called the Riviera of America. The festive seaside atmosphere welcomes the Malibu Inn's "vintage mood and epic food." To match the vintage American feel of the space, Top Chefestant Angelo Sosa has created a traditional American menu.
