Mercato di Vetro is the latest concept from award-winning sbe Restaurant Group and Executive Chef Danny Elmaleh. This “market of glass” is an Italian eatery and bar situated at the border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Boasting an open market feel, Mercato di Vetro spans two levels connected by a floor-to-ceiling wine rack and allows Chef Danny to serve market-fresh Italian cuisine in an approachable, social and interactive environment. Designed to be open and engaging for guests, chefs will prepare dishes in an almost theater-like performance of pulling the fresh ingredients from the produce, meats, cheeses and spices that surround the bars and kitchens.
The menu delivers a cuisine that truly captures the essence of rustic Italian recipes, using only the finest local and imported ingredients. The thoughtful and sumptuous menu focuses on authentic antipasti and homemade pastas, pizzas, salads, as well as fresh seafood, meat and poultry dishes. Mercato di Vetro offers brunch, lunch and dinner menus each highlighted by their own signature selections. A vibrant market offers fresh pastas, cheeses, charcuterie, olive oil and a selection of pasta sauces.
