At Moe’s Cantina we are proud of our Northern Mexican origin, and honored to bring Chicago a taste of the region’s unique culture and cuisine. Marked by meat-centric dishes, smoky flavor from the open flame and fresh, all natural ingredients, Moe’s Cantina’s staple menu by owner Sam Sanchez has taken guests on a culinary journey for the past decade.
Now, we would like to introduce you to all of the flavorful regions of Mexico by inviting top chefs from around the country into our kitchen to cook for you! Each month we will welcome a new chef, and each week he or she will prepare a new, limited menu with their signature dishes.
