DÉCOR: A two-sided wall of water and glass-ensconced wine room greet guests at the entrance. Luxury contemporary appointments include limestone walls, mirrored mosaics, ultra-suede booths, sleek lounge and private dining room. A circular, Champagne & Caviar Bar lies in the center of the room, beneath a domed silver-leaf ceiling with a 300-color computerized lighting system.
CUISINE: Classic Chicago-style aged USDA Prime steaks with traditional and innovative side dishes, lobster, and other seafood specialties are showcased, along with N9NE’s famous Kobe beef burger with applewood-smoked bacon, aged Vermont cheddar, grilled red onion and house-made ketchup. Starters include lavish chilled shellfish platters, rock shrimp with dipping sauces, spring rolls, sashimi, and signature caviar service.
BAR/WINE: Classic and contemporary cocktails, including specialty martinis. The extensive wine list is deep in full-bodied French Bordeaux and California Cabernets, as well as top reds from around the globe that pair well with the Prime steaks. Premium Champagnes, ideal for caviar service, and a large selection of whites to complement the kitchen’s seafood specialties, are also offered. The list is a recipient of a coveted “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator.
