O Asian Grill
O Asian Grill connects the centuries old, country-style cooking of Asia and the pulse of present day South Beach. During the day, the Noodle Shop serves as an upscale but quick noodle counter; as night falls the Noodle Shop opens its doors to the restaurant and lounge, a striking eatery where crowds gather to see and be seen. In the lounge, guests enjoy sake and shochu cocktails while others in the upstairs dining area observe the chef working his magic in the Asian style barbeque open kitchen. The bringing together of people and cultures is a tradition that O Asian grill continues with its Kushiyaki style of preparing and grilling food. By utilizing Sumi, a Japanese charcoal that is made from firing oak or bamboo in a clay kiln at temperatures exceeding 1000 degrees Celsius, O Asian Grill transforms the delicate yet flavorful dishes into culinary works of art.
