The stunning vistas of southern Brazil, or Pampas were also a part of his childhood. The Pampas is the high plains of southern Brazil where the finest cattle graze on the unique grasses of the land. Fertile and abundant is this area, producing the finest the land can give. It seemed fitting that the name that would one day be emblazoned on the entry of his vision would be Pampas. After assembling an impressive group of successful businessmen and women as an advisory board, nearly three years of exhaustive research and development was necessary to open our first Churrascaria. Today the true experience of Brazil lives here at Pampas. The finest cuts of meat simply prepared and spit roasted to juicy perfection and choice vegetables at their peak of freshness grace the menu that is uniquely Pampas.
