Chef Le Blanc offers a Mediterranean style dining experience, whose food is a refreshing change from the mainstream dining experience. The tradition of Spanish style tapas dining is diversified with an American perspective at R.E. with items such as the mini-chorizo corn dogs, and the chicken lollipops, a great representation of what American tapas would be if there was such a thing. Chef LeBlanc’s menu is a journey from continent to continent featuring a mouthwatering fusion of flavors which is a mélange of cultures with noticeable Asian, Italian, Spanish and American influences. Featured items include soy seared ahi tuna with soy ginger foam, the tortilla espagnol with roasted chilies, caramelized onions and tender potatoes, and the balsamic glazed baby back ribs a true testament to the blending of cultures at R.E., a globe-spanning culinary adventure in a spectacular setting.
