RA Sushi Bar Reastaurant
RA Sushi Bar Restaurant
You don't have to be a sushi connoisseur to enjoy RA Sushi Bar Restaurant. Its unconventional dining concept blends fresh sushi, music and contemporary décor. RA Sushi executive chef Tai Obata makes his debut in Las Vegas with an eclectic menu of fresh sushi along with cooked fare such as tempura, teriyaki and a variety of signature dishes.
Obata developed an item especially for Las Vegas: The Viva Las Vegas Roll consists of crab mix rolled in rice and seaweed, lightly tempura battered and topped with spicy tuna and sliced lotus root. It's finished with sweet eel sauce and a sprinkle of spinach tempura flakes.
The menu at RA offers a wide selection of fresh sushi rolls, including its signature Tootsie Roll, a duo of crab and shrimp wrapped in seaweed and encased in rice, drizzled with sweet eel sauce and topped with tempura bits.
Some new additions to the seafood selections at RA include the Crunchy Shrimp Tempura roll, the Scallop Dynamite roll and the Mango Ceviche with avacodo served in endive.
RA Sushi's dinner menu features Asian fusion dishes such as the apple teriyaki salmon -- a marinated grilled filet topped with sautéed Fuji apple glaze, served with wasabi mashed potatoes; Latin-Asian albacore -- seared albacore with avocado, cilantro, sautéed mixed nuts and sake garlic sauce; and green tea soba noodle salad -- chilled soba noodles tossed in a yuzu vinaigrette with wild mushrooms, seasoned tofu and vegetables.vegas.com
