Chef Sarah Linkenheil has spent her career at the top – from the 5-star Hotel Steigenberger Belvedere in Davos, Switzerland to the Lodge at Vail to the French-inspired “Vue” at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. Now, Sarah has brought her 13 years of culinary expertise down to sea level as Chef de Cuisine at Sally’s Seafood on the Water.

Chef Ilyuk “Kaz” Kim – Our master sushi chef has been wielding his sushi knife for over two decades throughout a colorful career that’s taken him from his start at Kamekyo in San Francisco, all the way to the beautiful Cayman Islands where he served as Sous Sushi Chef for seven years at Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman.
