The tiny marble bar easily crowds with animated young professionals and decked-out partyers, and if a youngish celeb’s in town, he or she is probably among them. Above, a ceiling mural depicts Roman lust and overlooks a spacious–and comparatively tasteful–dining room.
New American fare and sushi share a menu that satisfies modern tastes. The sushi selection offers familiar but very fresh fish; high rollers can opt for caviar with delicate potato blinis. Salads of pears and berries, warm mushrooms and spinach, or fresh mozzarella and artichokes are refreshing changes from typical casino fare, as is a big portobello burger.
