The brunch menu reflects executive chef Dewey LoSasso’s “Progressive American” cuisine with a farm- and ocean-to-table approach with ceviches, assorted house-made breads, traditional breakfast items, sweet and savory blintzes, salads, waffles, homemade sausages, potato and regular pancakes and more. For the cost of $55 for adults (excluding tax and service fee) and $32 for children, the brunch will feature unlimited Mimosas, full Bloody Mary Bar, multiple stations in addition to more than 15 different entrées such as mac and cheese topped with roasted wild mushrooms and truffles; Thai basil poached black cod with lemongrass reduction and herb salad; grilled skirt steak with goat cheese frittata; Porcini seared sea scallops with grilled broccoli rabe, Israeli cous cous and vanilla butter; The Forge French Toast with sautéed apples and mango, Land of Goshen maple syrup; Angus Short Rib “Pot Pie” with Toasted Garlic Mashed and Porcini Gravy and more
