What: Say good-bye to the yester-years of public smoking in the historic Jefferson Hotel’s Lounge. In honor of the smoking ban scheduled to take effect Jan 1, 2007, The Jefferson is hosting an exclusive smoke-out themed NYE celebration for hotel guests and local Washingtonians.
