A gem in Houston’s mine of venues, Warehouse Live welcomes its guests with a vintage, 20 foot neon marquee that undoubtedly makes a remarkable first impression. The building, re-purposed from a 1920s warehouse, has quickly become a signature, one-of-a-kind concert and event venue.
Warehouse Live is unmatched in its venue flexibility. The multipurpose facility has the ability to accommodate groups as small as 50 or as large as 1,500. Its layout contributes to the versatility of the building, with two fully independent spaces. Both the Ballroom and the Studio boast their own entrances and exits, restrooms, bars, flat screen LCDs and Plasmas, stages, and sound and lighting system. On top of that, the entire venue is equipped with high-speed internet access.
Just 3 blocks from Minute Maid Park, 1 block from BBVA Compass Stadium, and directly behind the George R. Brown Convention Center, Warehouse Live compliments its unrivaled versatility with a prime location.
Unlike the rest of downtown, Warehouse Live benefits from plenty of non-metered street parking throughout the Warehouse District. In addition, it has access to 3 dedicated surface lots adjacent to the facility. Even more lots are located nearby, and valet parking can be arranged for certain events. Outside caterers are always welcome at Warehouse Live.
